LayerX Monthly Report - July 2023
Another month has come to an end, and it's time for a new monthly report to update our community on everything that has occurred during July.
From the launch of the Mx. X collection, updates on the TAIKAI platform, the release of the Bepro Mobile App, and culminating with an incredible week at EthCC, this has been a busy month with several exciting developments for our team.
LayerX
Meet Mx. X, a symbol of LayerX and its community! ❎
During July we announced the Mx.X collection. Mx X is an NFT designed to represent the power of LayerX and its community. We developed it to be more than just a digital asset - it's a way for us to show our appreciation and give back to the people who have supported us thus far.
We will be rewarding the NFT to different stakeholders at LayerX and we designed exclusive characters for builders, organizers, partners, and our beloved community members.

LayerX 🤝 EthCC Paris Week
The EthCC week ended, and our team had an incredibly positive and fulfilling week! From hosting our own side event in collaboration with Summer.Fi and Ajna, to participating in talks at the ParisDOT.Comm, we've made a remarkable impact!
We are thrilled to seize these opportunities where the entire ecosystem comes together, fostering connections and innovation among various projects and builders.
A big thank you to everyone who attended our side event and listened to the talks.
LayerX team keeps growing! 🚀
In the last few days, we welcomed three new members to our team.
Carolina Milheiro will be working as a Hackathon Manager, making the bridge between TAIKAI and partners;
Patrícia Mansinho joined the Marketing team as a Content Specialist and will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content to boost our brand presence and attract a wider audience;
And finally, Daniela Silva joined us as a BD Associate, where she will be leveraging her expertise to explore new business opportunities and build strong relationships.

TAIKAI
New updates to the TAIKAI Platform! 📈
With a focus on security and future-proofing, this past quarter we've made improvements to the TAIKAI platform. All of the TAIKAI platform is now powered by Node 18. We've also added new features and made improvements to existing ones to make our platform better every day.
Some of these improvements include:
- Leaderboard in Non-Voting Steps 🔖
- Configurable List of Prize Currencies on Hackathons 💱
- External Project URL on Project Details 🌐
- 2FA Authentication Brute Force Protection 💪
- File Upload Validation and Scanning for all uploaded files 📁
- Proof of Participation NFT available on Private Hackathons ☑️

TAIKAI is the host platform for Ethereum Argentina Buidlathon
Starting in August, the Ethereum Argentina Buidlathon will be hosted on our platform. Get ready for an epic web3 product-building challenge!
Teams will be composed of 3 to 6 teammates, and the registration process will have two steps. First, you need to register as a participant, and then one member needs to register the team.

The event aims to provide every team with valuable insights, new connections, groundbreaking ideas, and most importantly... a PRODUCT.

Bepro Network
We released Bepro v2.16 and the first version of the mobile app!
The first week of July we introduced the Bepro Network’s v2.16 update including a big improvement: Bepro Mobile App.
The overall redesign includes new bounty cards, improvements to the networks page, navbar, bounty pages, and much more. Now you can access Bepro Network app anytime, anywhere. And this is only the beginning.
Bepro Network's Telegram Chat has been rebranded! 🔥
We have been actively working to unite all of our communities through TAIKAI, Bepro Network and LayerX, creating one incredibly powerful and expansive community. And now, it's a reality!
In addition to the rebranding, Bepro Bulls, the unofficial community, has found a new home in the LayerX Telegram! After a community poll, we have decided to provide them with a space within the LayerX community. Why the change? We want Bepro Bulls to be at the core of the LayerX Ecosystem, where you can fully engage in our official chats.
Now, you can enjoy a unified community on Discord and Telegram, where users can discuss everything about TAIKAI and Bepro Network products. We have also introduced exciting initiatives for our community, allowing you to have fun and win prizes!
