As we’re closing another month, it’s time to do a recap! Throughout May, we have been working diligently on the adoption and improvement of our products and made a significant announcement regarding TAIKAI: The revamp of $TKAI and the introduction of TAIKAI Garden.

TAIKAI
$TKAI Revamp and TAIKAI Garden announcement
We had exciting news for our community in May. Our team revamped the TKAI token, and we proudly announced the introduction of new tokenomics, use cases, and avenues for contribution and innovation.
The highlight was the unveiling of the TAIKAI Garden, a tokenized ecosystem that provided access to a community of innovators. We aim to build a valuable and self-sustaining ecosystem for collaborative innovation that will persist over time. The TAIKAI Garden served as the perfect vehicle to achieve this vision.
For our community members, this meant gaining access to a network of like-minded innovators, opportunities for funding and mentorship, and the ability to contribute to the development and deployment of high-quality projects.
Developers benefited from a tokenized ecosystem that offered funding opportunities, mentorship, and networking. Meanwhile, organizations hosting hackathons on TAIKAI found an even more robust and incentivized community of innovators.

ETHTaipei, ETHDublin and ETHDam hosted at TAIKAI!
We continue to support Ethereum community hackathons around the world! Throughout this month, TAIKAI has been the official platform for these incredible hackathons. Events like ETHTaipei, ETHDam, and ETHDublin showcased amazing web3 innovation, with builders from across the globe developing high-level products.
We have published a post highlighting the best projects from ETHTaipei.
In addition, our CEO Mario Alves dropped knowledge at the SpaghettETH event, sharing insights from #ETHPorto with fellow ETH communities.

As we embrace our evolution from TAIKAI Labs to LayerX, we have given a lot of thought on how to provide more value and expertise to our community. And our weekly newsletter was the perfect place to start. In May, TAIKAI’s newsletter was rebranded to LayerX!

What’s coming?
After a fantastic month of May, we are full of energy to kickstart June, the final month of Q2. Exciting launch announcements of new Bounty Networks and more updates for our community and our products are on the horizon.
